On August 4th, the award ceremony for the skills competition was held as scheduled in the auto repair workshop. With the start of the award ceremony, it marked the conclusion of a grand event for employees from the manufacturing department.This skills competition is a comprehensive display of the company's skilled talent, and every participant is full of energy and proudly welcomes their glory.In this competition, participants have shown spirit and friendship. They have dreams in their hearts, lights in their hands, roads under their feet, and directions in their eyes. With a calm mindset and skillful techniques, they have demonstrated the style of Xinyuan skilled employees and promoted the image of craftsmanship.
This skills competition began on July 20th and lasted for two weeks. There were four competition events: panel beating, machine processing, crane lifting, and welding. A total of 115 participants signed up for the event. Before the competition, the judges formulated detailed rules for the competition and conducted the competition under the principle of "openness, fairness, and justice". Departments coordinated with each other to ensure the success of the competition. During the competition, every participant was serious, meticulous, and meticulous, operating smoothly like flowing water, creating a good atmosphere for hard-working research on business skills and striving to improve professional and technical levels.
Starting from July 20th, this competition event has conducted 8 events through preliminary and final rounds. After intense competition, the following results were announced: 5 first prizes, 7 second prizes, and 11 third prizes. Among them, Fu Xianyang, Zeng Xiangling, Pan Jingqiang, Lin Songzhou, and Wei Jianhai demonstrated outstanding qualities and excellent skills, earning the top spot in each of the four competition events.
This skills competition is a platform for communication, which not only showcases the outstanding skills of the contestants but also displays the positive attitude of the employees. According to the feedback on the final competition results, there are some differences in the operational performance between the employees. However, all the contestants actively communicated with each other and continuously explored and utilized their respective work skills to achieve the goal of learning from each other's strengths and weaknesses in order to strive for excellence.
